It's a real wonder that Roderick Meredith and his group, the Living Church of God, isn't "a person of interest" to the good folks of Homeland Security.

Here is a man who has been preaching since the Fifties that the people of the United States were going to be taken into captivity by the Germans and be hung from the ceiling of a concentration camp facility by a huge hook through their stomach. If you don't think that Roderick Meredith is as obscenely violent today, take a look at the front cover of the March / April 2005 cover of the flagship magazine, "Tomorrow's World" at:

It features aborted fetuses on the front cover with more pornography on the inside.

Excuse me, but this alone rates it as a smutty religious magazine, let alone considering the well-known reputation of the chief religious leader--information which is imminently available to those with access to the Internet. The picture you get is someone who is a self-righteous narcissist who has no regard for human life and dignity, and certainly has no real patriotism. He wants the destruction of the United States because it will herald in a time that he can be a chief ruler on the earth over the hapless inhabitants of the "Kingdom of God".

The murder / suicide of his membership in Wisconsin is a testimony of the mindset of the man as interpreted by his congregation. It should be no stretch of the imagination to perceive the damage the man does to the members of his congregation--particularly the more unstable ones. History of Roderick Meredith is replete with such occurrences under his administration.

It is surprising that you should let such a man have his say on WGN at 3:00 AM in the morning. Whatever he is paying you for the time just isn't worth the investment, considering the harm that Roderick Meredith has done to people over the last five decades in one church or another.

If I were in your position, I would cut my losses and evict him from the air.

He's just not worth it.
