Ah, some excellent pictures bringing back some warm and wonderful memories. This was the place I enjoyed 17 years of the most formative years of my adult life - even if most of them were spent seeing the world through rose-colored glasses and in an intellectual fog.
It's good to see the place being well taken care of. I visited there in 1998 and the campus looked pretty run down at that time, but now it looks much better.
Hey, not a bad place to attend high school in, eh? I think the lower campus is being used as a private Christian high school of some kind, probably associated with the evangelical ministry organization that bought it back in 2004.
Also appreciated the pics of the Auditorium too - for several years I worked on the stage crew there. Some great memories in that place as well.
Didn't recognize the people in the pics, though - but the child is a little cutie, isn't she? I sure hope as she grows up that she'll be able to AVOID all the nonsense that entangled us for so many years.
About a month ago I found I could take a tour around the perimeter of the Pasadena campus with Google Street Views. But today I couldn't. Does anybody know how? It doesn't matter though, because Elizabeth's photos are better.

Ah, there is that intellectual fog that Leonardo referred to. In this reader's mind there just isn't any other possible way of looking at it. However, it is entirely possible to believe that the word of God is the foundation of knowledge, while at the same time realizing that the word of cog is anything but. Duh!
